This dataset contains the raw cryo-OrbiSIMS peak lists exported from SurfaceLab 7 for the Cas9:sg, ribosome and 7SK RNP complexes. The data is for negative polarity and has been collected in triplicates.
The MATLAB codes used for analysing this data, along with gold reference is also included.
