Data collection method
The qualitative data was collected via interviews on MS Teams. The inbuilt recording feature of MS Teams was used as standard for all interviews. The videos files were watched by the lead researcher to transcribe the interviews verbatim - this included pauses, hesitations and notes on participants' non-verbal communication. This generated written data. Participants were referred to by their participant identification number, and any other identified people or places were given a pseudonym. The files were available to the research supervisor to peer review the transcriptions for accuracy and quality assurance.Legal and ethical issues
Ethical approval was sought from the UoN in addition to the university where the data was collected. There may have been information disclosed that researcher had a professional duty to report. All data was anonymised - no person is names and placement areas are anonymised. Informed consent was obtained as per the ethical approvalResource languages
