Incorporation of an ultrasound and model guided permissible region improves quantitative source recovery in bioluminescence tomography
Description
The data contained in this collection are simulation results of reconstruction performed with NIRFAST to investigate the benefits of having prior information about source location (given by ultrasound) in tomographic reconstruction of bioluminescent sources.
