dc.description.abstractThe data set contains recorded average particle size (z-average), particle size distributions, and dispersity indices (both obtained via dynamic light scattering) of nanoemulsions that were generated by different batch and continuous micro-flow processes, stored at varying lengths at room temperature in gravity, and were exposed to different motion modes from a Random Positioning Machine that simulates microgravity. Outliers have been removed. Data has been generated at the University of Adelaide (Volker Hessel Research Group, School of Chemical Engineering, Andy Thomas Centre for Space Resources, Plants for Space Centre for Excellence) and collaboratively analysed as per the jointly-awarded PhD program with the University of Nottingham.en_UK
