This is the acquired spectra processing and statistical analysis plans for the BRIGhTMIND clinical trial. It demonstrates hypotheses related with magnetic resonance spectroscopy (MRS) in the BRIGhTMIND and how to test the hypotheses. Detailed information about the BRIGhTMIND can be found in the published protocol paper (Morriss et al., 2020, doi: 10.1136/bmjopen-2020-038430). Imaging acquisition and analysis methods can be found in the magnetic resonance imaging protocol paper (Pszczolkowski et al., 2022, doi: 10.2196/31925).en_UK
