Included are raw data files used to produce the figures in the paper.

For S4 and S6 figures, the data is extracted from the data file for Fig 2. d,f,h.

All AFM files are .ibw Asylum Research Igor files and can be opened with Gwyddion, WSxm and other common SPM packages.

Raman spectral data is in plain text format.
