The data is arranged into folders corresponding to the datasets on which the three experimental figures are based. 

AFM images may be viewed and analysed using standard freeware such as the Gwyddion and WSxM packages which can be downloaded from the internet. Fluorescence spectra are made available in the standard format used by Horiba.
