We expect that all students‟ projects will be conducted in an ethical way, using good practice based on your learning and applying taught and well-understood methods. At the very least you should raise the issue of whether approval is needed with your supervisor or keeper of the data.

If you are using data generated overseas then you must undertake to comply with relevant ethical, and any other, approval procedures and, if possible, obtain written permission to use the material for your project.
