Each year a number of students, particularly new graduates and overseas colleagues, arrive without a project in mind. You are advised to:

1) First, find out about the research interests of staff in the Division and School (see School and Divisional webpage http://www.nottingham.ac.uk/chs/research/eph.php) and explore possibilities for collaboration by contacting them. The staff contact list is at http://www.nottingham.ac.uk/contacting/staff-look-up.phtml?menu=news

2) Then, check with Dr Roberts to see if potential supervisors and others have put forward suggestions for a project that you may wish to do

3) Finally, be aware that a number of data sets are available in the Division and School for analysis. Ask Professor Lewis for information.
