Technical Issues

Occasionally you may experience a technical problem with this site. We are constantly working to ensure that WebCT runs smoothly, however if you do have a problem there are members of staff who can help.

For an academic problem - i.e. a task which you don't understand or a resource you can't find - you can contact your tutor.

Most of the documents which we link to in these materials are saved in formats which can be understood by the default software on most computers. Occasionally we have linked to Microsoft PowerPoint presentations or Microsoft Word documents because students have requested them in this format rather than as pdf files. If you do not have Microsoft Office on your computer, a reliable and free alternative is Open Office - which can be downloaded from www.openoffice.org.
